Custom ultra-narrow bezel 15.6" touch display assembly for compact industrial dispensing machines. Features vacuum OCA optical bonding & anti-interference tuning for precision CNC control.

Case Details:
Recently, a client entrusted our company with the technical upgrade of their dispensing machine control screen. Because this model is positioned as a compact desktop device, its operation panel enclosure dimensions are fixed, and the internal space is extremely restricted. By leveraging a narrow-bezel structural design and industrial-grade anti-interference tuning, our technical team customized a 15.6-inch touch display assembly for the client. Without altering the original casing dimensions, we successfully helped the client achieve a screen enlargement and an all-screen upgrade, completely overcoming the space constraints of the non-standard enclosure.
Project Background:According to client feedback, to adapt to the space limitations of cleanrooms, modern dispensing machines are evolving toward miniaturization and high integration, leaving smaller tolerances for installation slots inside control cabinets. The original equipment utilized a wide-bezel screen with limited display information, forcing operators to switch interfaces frequently, which lowered production efficiency. The client desired to upgrade to a 15.6-inch large screen within the existing compact enclosure. Consequently, they chose to cooperate with our company to customize an ultra-narrow bezel screen, achieving damage-free, in-place assembly.

Key Solutions:
- 6-Inch Assembly Narrow-Bezel Structural Customization:
Targeting the fixed physical boundaries of the dispensing machine's compact panel, our engineering team compressed the touchscreen's BM (Black Matrix) area and peripheral routing zones to their absolute limits. By adopting a high-density, single-layer multi-point routing process and fine-tuning external profile tolerances—paired with an exclusively customized thin-wall integrated metal frame structure—we enabled the large 15.6-inch screen to embed into the original compact console panel, achieving an upgrade that required zero housing modifications.
- Vacuum OCA Optical Bonding Process:
To eliminate parallax under the narrow-bezel architecture, we utilized high-transmittance OCA optical adhesive to conduct vacuum full bonding between the 15.6-inch HD LCD panel and the ultra-narrow bezel capacitive touchscreen. This process completely eliminates the internal air gap, establishing sealed physical protection against dust and moisture. Consequently, images appear much clearer when operators observe the needle alignment of the dispensing machine.
- Narrow-Bezel High Anti-Interference Electrical Tuning:
Significantly compressing the bezel means that the touchscreen's ITO channel routing runs closer to the LCD panel and the external metal housing, making it highly vulnerable to intense electromagnetic interference generated during dispensing operations. Therefore, we selected an industrial control-grade independent control board solution. Our engineers optimized the hardware filtering algorithms through software tuning, acquiring more precise touch feedback.
Overall Impact:
The optimized 15.6-inch ultra-narrow bezel assembly solution for the dispensing machine fully met the client's expectations for industrial-grade reliability. Our technical team assisted the client in optimizing their control terminal within a reasonable lead time. Without adding any enclosure tooling costs for the client's complete machine, this solution successfully upgraded the dispensing machine's touch panel, fully demonstrating our factory's core capabilities in custom modular development for non-standard industrial control models and narrow-bezel touch assemblies.
Conclusion:
The successful delivery of this 15.6-inch dispensing machine ultra-narrow bezel display assembly solution highlights our factory's custom development and closed-loop hardware/software tuning capabilities in the fields of precision industrial control and CNC equipment. From structural mapping to electrical anti-interference alignment, we completed full-process delivery. In the future, we will continue to deeply cultivate mainstream industrial control sizes across our assembly product lines, providing reliable touch display support for more smart manufacturing enterprises.
